GRADING POLICIES AND PROCEDURES
Report Cards
Report cards are sent home on a trimester basis. Trimester reports will be mailed home in December, March and June. Parent Teacher conferences are in December. Parents should review their report cards with their child. The report card is not returned. If students are doing less that satisfactory work, parents will be notified.
Interim Progress Reports
Interim progress reports are mailed out to parents only if your child has a deficiency grade of a D or lower.
Grades
Can always be accessed through Gradelink, except during the weeks of interim and trimester reports when parents will be locked out of the system. It's a good idea to set alerts to notify you when your child's grades merit concern, oversight, and praise.
